📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all maritime operations to ensure safety and efficiency.,Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly schedules.,Maintain and inspect all vessels and equipment.,Ensure compliance with all maritime laws and regulations.,Manage and supervise a team of crew members.,Handle all communication with port authorities and other stakeholders.,Monitor and report on fuel consumption and other operational costs.,Participate in safety drills and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain in the maritime industry.,Valid Captain's license and other relevant certifications.,Proven track record of safety and efficiency in maritime operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with maritime laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.,Knowledge of basic maintenance and repair of vessels and equipment.,Experience with international maritime operations is a plus.
