📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout their journey.
• Handle passenger inquiries, complaints, and emergencies with professionalism and empathy.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth and timely train departures and arrivals.
• Monitor and report any issues or concerns related to train operations and passenger safety.
• Assist in the training and development of new Customer Service Officers.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Provide feedback to management on areas for improvement in passenger service and train operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the transportation industry.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in First Aid or Emergency Response is a plus.
• Familiarity with basic train operations and safety procedures.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
• Must be available to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
