📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on printing machines and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
• Monitor machine performance and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
• Calibrate and adjust printing presses to ensure optimal print quality.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to extend the lifespan of equipment.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and machine performance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a General Technician in the printing industry.
• Proven experience with high-speed offset presses, digital printing equipment, and finishing machines.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software such as SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Certification in ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management standards is a plus.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel and work overtime as needed.
