🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage teams and budgets.,Familiarity with HR management and payroll processes.,Understanding of financial management and reporting.,Experience in a similar role within a growing company is a plus.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
