📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.
  • Lead and mentor a team of lab technicians, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and quality control protocols.
  • Perform and interpret laboratory tests, including but not limited to, microbiological, chemical, and physical tests.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for staff to ensure they are up-to-date with laboratory procedures and safety protocols.
  • Manage laboratory inventory and ensure timely restocking of supplies.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Biology, Chemistry, or related laboratory science.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with a strong background in laboratory techniques and procedures.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and quality control protocols.
