📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality talent pool.,Conduct job interviews and make hiring recommendations based on candidate qualifications.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
