Makmur Cahya Fried Chicken is looking for a dedicated and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, handling inquiries, and ensuring a pleasant experience for all visitors. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our growing business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and welcome guests and customers in a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct inquiries about the company, services, and facilities.,Maintain accurate records of guest arrivals and departures.,Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Provide information about local attractions and services.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using computer and office software.,Familiarity with basic customer service principles and practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
