Lead the development and commercialisation of our technology products, ensuring they meet market demands and quality standards.,Develop and implement strategies to enhance product performance, reliability, and commercial viability.,Manage and mentor a team of technology developers, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to drive product success.,Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.,Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.,Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote our technologies.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology development and commercialisation, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.,Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and challenges.🛠️ Keahlian
