📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and sales,Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records,Follow up on existing leads to ensure customer satisfaction and retention,Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets,Provide exceptional customer service and support,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in telemarketing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in telemarketing or a related sales role,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
