Mart One Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Deputy Bidan to join our healthcare team in Badung, Bali. As a Deputy Bidan, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Bidan in providing quality healthcare services to our community. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Bidan in providing prenatal, postnatal, and general healthcare services to patients.,Perform routine check-ups, vaccinations, and health screenings.,Educate patients on health and hygiene practices.,Monitor and record patient health data.,Assist in emergency situations and provide first aid when necessary.,Maintain a clean and organized healthcare facility.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions.,Support the Bidan in administrative tasks and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Midwifery.,Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Deputy Bidan or similar role.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of local healthcare regulations and policies.,Familiarity with basic medical equipment and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid certification or license as a Deputy Bidan.
