📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles.
• Coordinate with drivers and ensure they are aware of their routes and schedules.
• Monitor fuel consumption and maintain fuel records.
• Ensure all vehicles are serviced regularly and meet safety standards.
• Track vehicle maintenance and repair schedules.
• Handle vehicle insurance and registration documents.
• Assist in the planning and execution of logistics operations.
• Provide reports on fleet performance and recommend improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management.
• Knowledge of fleet management software and GPS tracking systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license is a plus.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
