📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in public service management, with a proven track record in leading teams and driving operational excellence.
• Certification in public service management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using government information systems and public service management software.
