📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.,Manage the recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate screening, and onboarding.,Oversee employee performance management, including performance evaluations, coaching, and development.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.,Administer employee benefits and compensation packages, ensuring fair and equitable treatment.,Conduct regular HR audits and provide recommendations for improvement.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources.,Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successfully implementing HR strategies and initiatives.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
