Duta Rama Restaurant is looking for a talented Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring the best talent for our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and a passion for the food and beverage industry. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from our office in Tebet and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job advertisements and attract potential candidates through various channels.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.,Schedule and conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.,Provide feedback to candidates and assist them in the hiring process.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with the food and beverage industry is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
