📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement departmental strategies and goals in alignment with company objectives.,Manage and mentor team members, providing guidance and support for their professional development.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and project completion.,Monitor departmental performance metrics and report findings to senior management.,Handle departmental budgeting and financial planning, ensuring financial health and sustainability.,Lead and participate in departmental projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.,Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering team morale and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role within a similar industry.,Strong understanding of departmental operations and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR management systems is a plus.
