📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure,Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries,Check guests in and out of the hotel,Maintain a clean and organized reception area,Handle front desk transactions and maintain accurate records,Provide information about the hotel and local attractions,Assist with event planning and coordination,Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Fluency in Indonesian and English,Basic computer skills including word processing and email,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Friendly and professional demeanor,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
