📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to achieve their goals and deliver high-quality work.,Develop and implement data analysis strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Gather, clean, and analyze data from a variety of sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and other data management tools.,Interpret and present data insights in a clear and concise manner, using visualizations and other tools as needed.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address data-related challenges and opportunities.,Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis trends, tools, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our data analysis efforts.,Develop and maintain data analysis processes and procedures that ensure consistency and accuracy.,Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management, communicating the insights and recommendations that have been derived from the data analysis efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.,5-7 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong track record of success in leading and mentoring data analysis teams.,Proficient in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools and programming languages.,Strong understanding of statistical concepts and methods, and the ability to apply these concepts to real-world data analysis problems.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into clear and actionable recommendations.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address data-related challenges and opportunities.,Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or other similar tools.,Familiarity with cloud-based data management and analysis tools, such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
