📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring that all patients receive the highest quality of care.,Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and staff performance.,Educate and mentor nursing staff on best practices, new technologies, and patient care protocols.,Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss patient cases, address concerns, and provide feedback.,Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and therapists, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.,Monitor and evaluate patient care records to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.,Participate in staff training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the nursing team.,Maintain a clean and organized nursing unit, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stocked.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Nurse in a clinical setting.,Experience in leading and managing a team of nursing staff.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Valid nursing license and certification in the relevant healthcare jurisdiction.
