🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 10 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a large-scale retail environment.
• Proven track record of success in managing retail operations and driving sales growth.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Certification in retail management or a related field is a plus.
