🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a remote or hybrid work environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using HR management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
