Mart New Sentosa is looking for a dedicated and friendly Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers arriving at the store, providing information and direction as needed.,Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including restocking supplies and tidying up as needed.,Assist with inventory management by updating stock levels and restocking products as required.,Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Perform basic administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing, to support the store's operations.,Promote store events, sales, and special offers to customers, both in person and through digital channels.,Monitor and maintain the security of the store, including checking in and out visitors and reporting any suspicious activity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a retail environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with diverse groups of people.,Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.,Proficiency in using basic computer software and tools, such as Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture, with the ability to adapt to the local market and customer base.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities as needed.
