📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and approach potential school partners to establish new partnerships.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing school partners to ensure program success.
• Coordinate between schools and Gentem Lifelong Learning to align educational goals and program offerings.
• Create and present proposals to schools, highlighting the benefits of our programs.
• Provide training and support to school staff on our programs and resources.
• Monitor program implementation and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for school partnerships.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials for school partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in school partnerships, business development, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the education sector and lifelong learning principles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
• Valid SIM (Student Immigration Visa) or work permit for Indonesia.
