📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail customers.,Provide excellent customer service and support to retail partners.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure high performance standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales initiatives and promotions.,Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events to promote our products.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.,Familiarity with retail sales software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
