Indonesia Beverage is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Shop Assistant to join our team in Parepare, Sulawesi Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and assisting customers in our retail stores, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail operations and a passion for customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and assist customers in our retail stores, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.,Stock and organize merchandise to ensure a well-presented and accessible store.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Assist in the training and development of junior staff members.,Monitor store performance and sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer trends.,Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.
