As an Automotive Fabricator, you'll be at the heart of our production process, using state-of-the-art tools like CAD software, CNC machines, and precision measuring equipment to bring designs to life. Your daily tasks will include cutting, bending, welding, and assembling metal components with meticulous attention to detail. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and is passionate about automotive innovation.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Design and fabricate high-quality automotive components using advanced tools and techniques
- Inspect and test fabricated parts to ensure they meet quality standards
- Collaborate with the engineering team to understand design specifications and translate them into functional parts
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Maintain and calibrate fabrication equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production quality
- Assist in the training of new team members
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive fabrication or related fields
- Proven expertise in metal cutting, bending, welding, and assembly techniques
- Familiarity with CAD software and CNC machines is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols
- Valid certification in automotive fabrication or related fields is preferred
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Willingness to travel within Bali for work purposes
