📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and supervise a team of credit and collections officers, ensuring they meet performance targets and adhere to company policies.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates and reduce overdue payments.
• Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback to the collections team to enhance their performance.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all credit and collections activities using SAP and other financial software.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure timely payment and resolution of any issues.
• Monitor and analyze collection data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your leadership and management skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit and collections, with a proven track record of success in managing teams and improving collection rates.
• Strong knowledge of financial software, including SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Certification in credit management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working in a manufacturing industry is a plus.
