• Oversee the strategic management of pharmaceutical supplies, ensuring optimal patient care and operational efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines, including those set by the Indonesian National Agency for Drug and Food Control (BPOM).
• Optimize inventory management using advanced software like Epic Systems and Meditech.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy services, including medication safety and patient counseling.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of pharmacy services within the healthcare facility.
• Monitor and analyze pharmacy performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in pharmacy management, with a proven track record of success.
• Certification in pharmacy management or a related field, such as the Certified Pharmacy Consultant (CPC) certification.
