📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the accurate estimation of mineral resources and reserves, ensuring compliance with international standards such as JORC and SAMREC.
• Lead and mentor a team of mineral estimators, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
• Develop and implement best practices for mineral estimation, incorporating advanced technologies and software such as Surpac, Datamine, and Vulcan.
• Collaborate with geologists, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate geological data and ensure the reliability of mineral estimates.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of mineral estimation processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports on mineral resources and reserves, providing valuable insights to senior management.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements to drive continuous improvement in mineral estimation practices.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the mineral estimation team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in mineral estimation, with a strong background in the mining industry.
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring teams in mineral estimation.
• Certifications in mineral estimation standards such as JORC or SAMREC.
• Proficiency in advanced mineral estimation software such as Surpac, Datamine, or Vulcan.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex geological data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Indonesian mining regulations and international standards is a plus.
