PT Berkah Rosita Mandiri is seeking a dynamic and experienced Engineering & Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance and engineering team in Cileungsi, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities, ensuring that our equipment is in top condition. You will work closely with our engineering team to implement and maintain efficient maintenance procedures. Your daily tasks will include scheduling maintenance activities, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed. You will also be responsible for conducting regular inspections and identifying areas for improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance.
Work closely with the engineering team to implement and maintain efficient maintenance procedures.
Conduct regular inspections and identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and quality maintenance services.
Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations.
Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize equipment uptime and reduce downtime.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering and maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Certification in maintenance management or a related field is a plus.
Proficient in using maintenance management software such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in maintenance and engineering.
