As a Junior Accounting Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the entire financial consolidation process, from data collection to final reporting. You'll work with various departments to gather financial data, reconcile discrepancies, and prepare consolidated financial statements. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the group financial consolidation process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with PSAK/IFRS standards.
• Collect, verify, and reconcile financial data from various departments.
• Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Assist in the preparation of management reports and financial dashboards.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports to stakeholders.
• Maintain and update financial records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in financial reporting and consolidation, preferably in a PSAK/IFRS environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables.
• Experience with financial software such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
