📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the People Operations team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services and support to our global team.,Develop and implement HR strategies and programs that align with our company's goals and values.,Work closely with regional leadership to understand business needs and provide HR solutions that drive performance and engagement.,Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for new hires.,Manage employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.,Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Provide guidance and advice to managers on people-related matters, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Monitor and report on key HR metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in People Operations and HR Operations.,Proven experience in leading and managing HR teams, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Strong understanding of HR best practices and trends, with the ability to apply them to drive business results.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive continuous improvement.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.,Experience working in a global or multinational environment is a plus.
