📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of financial advisors and support staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve branch financial targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow our loan and deposit portfolio, including cross-selling and up-selling financial products to existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including small and medium-sized enterprises, to foster long-term business partnerships.
• Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, such as loan origination, deposit growth, and customer satisfaction, to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with the regional management team to ensure that our branch is aligned with the company's overall business strategy and goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial services, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improve our branch's performance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, and provide guidance and support to team members to help them understand and adhere to these requirements.
• Represent the branch at industry events, networking opportunities, and community initiatives to build our brand's reputation and visibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of success in managing teams, achieving financial targets, and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of financial products, such as loans, deposits, and other financial services, and the ability to explain these products to clients in a clear and concise manner.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.
• Proficiency in using financial software, such as loan origination systems, customer relationship management platforms, and other relevant tools.
• Certification in financial services, such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), is a plus.
