📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the strategic development, launch, and lifecycle management of ethical (prescription-only) products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and market demands.
• Utilize Salesforce and Jira to streamline product development processes.
• Work closely with the regulatory team to navigate Indonesian pharmaceutical regulations.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote ethical products.
• Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize product success.
• Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards throughout the product lifecycle.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in product management, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of ethical product development and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in using Salesforce and Jira for project management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or related fields is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
