📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing using Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
• Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management, fostering a positive work environment.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with company goals and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in recruitment efforts by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within the organization.
• Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related issues and provide guidance on best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with labor laws and industry trends, offering expert advice to management and employees.
• Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
• Proficient in using HRIS systems such as BambooHR, Workday, and PayFit.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
