📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records using QuickBooks.
• Support the sales team by managing customer data and ensuring accurate reporting in Salesforce.
• Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve workflow.
• Prepare and distribute reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Assist in the organization and maintenance of office supplies and equipment.
• Provide administrative support to the management team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Insurance & Pension Fund sector.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, and Salesforce.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.
