- Identify and assess corporate hiring needs through market research and client consultations.
- Acquire and manage new business accounts, focusing on corporate clients in Bali.
- Design and implement customized staffing solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate sector.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to deliver high-quality services.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of business development initiatives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in real estate staffing.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of acquiring and managing corporate accounts.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market in Bali.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
