📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and oversee the operational and strategic initiatives of the maritime division, ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry best practices.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance vessel efficiency, reduce operational costs, and improve overall performance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant maritime regulations and industry standards, including those set by the Indonesian Maritime Ministry and international bodies.
• Provide expert advice on maritime policies, procedures, and best practices to senior management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive continuous improvement and innovation in maritime operations.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for strategic growth and competitive advantage.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including shipowners, charterers, and regulatory bodies.
• Represent the company in maritime industry forums and events to enhance its profile and credibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in maritime operations, with a proven track record in strategic consulting and leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in maritime regulations, compliance, and best practices, with a deep understanding of Indonesian maritime laws and international standards.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Familiarity with maritime software and tools, including but not limited to, Vessel Management Systems (VMS), Electronic Chart Display and Information Systems (ECDIS), and Maritime Safety Information Systems (MSIS).
• Certifications such as Master Mariner, Chief Mate, or equivalent, preferably with additional certifications in maritime safety and environmental management.
• Degree in Maritime Studies, Naval Architecture, or a related field, with a postgraduate degree or equivalent experience highly regarded.
