📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate field resources, including engineers, technicians, and support staff, to ensure optimal deployment and utilization.
• Manage project schedules and timelines, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Monitor and report on field operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on all projects.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, identify issues, and address concerns promptly.
• Utilize project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera, to track project progress and manage resources.
• Maintain accurate records of field operations, including resource allocation, project status, and performance metrics.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in field resource coordination, project management, or a similar role in the engineering or construction industry.
• Proven track record of managing field resources and ensuring project success.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in using project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
